Guild invitation and two-person treasury transfer
Keep membership and asset custody separate from Discord permissions.
Prerequisites: two consenting Vesperan characters, A and B, who have both opened the game. A is not already in a guild and carries at least two expendable fiber. Both initially stand in Hearthwake. Use /play → Guild or browser Guild & facilities.

01A founds the guild
Choose Found guild and enter a printable test name of 3–40 characters.
The new guild records Hearthwake as its fixed treasury depot and A as leader. No Discord role automatically grants game membership.
02Invite B explicitly
A chooses Invite guild and selects the already-existing B character. B inspects their own guild panel and chooses Join guild for the actual invitation.
Membership changes only when B joins. The invitation does not create a character or require a DM.
03Deposit real treasury stock
A chooses Guild deposit, fiber, quantity 2 while in Hearthwake.
Two fiber move from A’s bag into the guild treasury. Bringing goods to the fixed depot region is required.
04Propose one transfer
A chooses Propose withdrawal, fiber, quantity 1, recipient B.
A two-member guild needs two distinct member approvals. A’s proposal supplies the first approval without moving the good yet.
05Reject duplicate approval
A tries to approve the same pending proposal again. Then B chooses Approve.
A cannot count twice. B’s distinct approval completes exactly one transfer to B’s Hearthwake depot.
06Inspect recipient custody
B withdraws the fiber locally. If B instead travels away before withdrawal, inspect the original depot record.
Treasury goods remain at the declared depot; approval does not teleport them into a distant bag.
07Cancel a pending proposal
With the remaining fiber, A proposes another transfer, then chooses Cancel proposal before the second approval.
The proposal becomes cancelled and treasury custody does not change.
08Rehearse membership cleanup
If the group wishes to disband this test guild, settle treasury stock and pending transfers first. B leaves; A then leaves after assets are settled.
A final member cannot abandon an unresolved treasury. If a leader leaves a continuing guild, the recorded successor can be checked in the member list.
