Routine work, active practice and expert work

Confirm the three attention modes have distinct commitments and outcomes.

Prerequisites: an idle character in Southfields. Choose useful fallen material needs no input or tool, so this test does not require purchased supplies.

Step by step

Tick a step after observing the expected result. Saved on this device only.

01Run one routine batch

Choose AFK plan for Choose useful fallen material, cycles 1, Careful, Wait. Commit and immediately refresh.

EXPECTED RESULT

An active timed job exists; opening a panel does not produce output early.

02Leave and return

Close the client. Return after the displayed ten-minute boundary and refresh.

EXPECTED RESULT

The completed batch has settled exactly once. Being offline did not cancel the work.

03Try active practice

While idle, choose Practice batch for the same method. Inspect its target range, strain ceiling, next disturbance and available interventions. Submit only actions shown for the current turn.

EXPECTED RESULT

One active challenge is committed. Its turn advances after each accepted intervention.

04Finish the active decisions

Use the visible feedback until the challenge finishes; keep a note of quality and final output.

EXPECTED RESULT

Ordinary Practice batch settles when its decisions finish. It is distinct from expert work’s delayed boundary.

05Try a profession-specific expert batch

Choose Expert work for the same method. Select one objective belonging to Survival and read its problem and action hints. Complete the field decisions.

EXPECTED RESULT

The expert problem exposes its actual observations and result. Finishing decisions before the boundary leaves output pending.

06Wait for expert settlement

Refresh after the expert job’s displayed completion time. If decisions finished after the nominal boundary, allow the short final settlement interval.

EXPECTED RESULT

The actual completed batch and career record appear once. Quality and output reflect the chosen decisions, not a fixed success guarantee.
