Read travel progress and turn back

Check a normal journey, cancel a return review, and observe a real timed return.

Prerequisites: an idle character with a connected, open route and a carried load within capacity. Choose Walk for this first check; it needs no ration. Use the real game clock. Record your region, place, goods and XP before starting.

This path verifies the native /play controls. A countdown is a snapshot from the last refresh, not a continuously updating timer. Image demonstrations and the operator test clock are separate.

Step by step

01Review a connected walk

Open Explore → Travel, select a local route and Walk, then submit. Open every Next review page before proceeding.

EXPECTED RESULT

The review names the destination, duration and provisions. No journey begins while reading.

02Cancel preparation, then depart

Cancel the review and confirm you remain idle. Open a fresh review for the same route and Commit once. Select Open Explore on the departure receipt.

EXPECTED RESULT

One journey starts. Explore shows the destination, route, remaining time and a Turn back control.

03Check a fresh progress reading

Wait at least five real seconds, then select Refresh. Record the displayed remaining time.

EXPECTED RESULT

Progress reflects elapsed time. Refresh neither restarts the journey nor spends more provisions.

04Read and cancel a return review

Select Turn back. Read the origin, estimated return time and commitment terms, then Cancel.

EXPECTED RESULT

The outbound journey remains active. Reading or cancelling this review does not start the return.

05Commit the return

Open Turn back again and Commit after reading all pages. Read the return receipt and select Open Explore.

EXPECTED RESULT

The return uses the time already travelled at Commit, which can exceed the earlier review estimate. The receipt records its scheduled arrival. Returning progress has no Turn back control.

06Observe automatic arrival

Wait for the actual return deadline and Refresh. Keep the real clock unchanged.

EXPECTED RESULT

The return completes automatically and the character becomes idle at the origin region’s arrival place. This may differ from the exact place you left.

07Reconcile the result

Compare carried goods and XP, then reopen the retained result or refresh again. If you later repeat in Prepared mode, begin with a genuinely earned ration and check its balance separately.

EXPECTED RESULT

The walk spends no ration. Reading results adds no movement, XP or goods. A ration spent for Prepared departure is not refunded by turning back.
